LAVOR is a self-service laundry — a Czech franchise opening a new site in Košice. No website, no social media, and nobody in the city knowing it existed.
A new site on a market where nobody knows the brand, and a service people have to try before they understand what it does for them. So the goal was never a direct sales number — at a site where you pay on the spot, there is no clean way to measure one. The goal was awareness: that people know the laundry exists, where it is and what it solves.
We built the social accounts from zero and ran campaigns targeted at Košice and the surrounding area. We also produced part of the creative — ad graphics and a handful of short videos — so the feed held one look while the brand settled in.
We built the content around the moments when a laundry actually comes to mind: the duvet that will not fit a home machine, hockey gear, motorcycle leathers, soft toys after an illness. Not "we have washing machines", but "this is what it solves for you".
We split the budget deliberately across three objectives — reach, interactions and followers. A campaign aimed purely at followers collects them far more cheaply, but that is where it ends: it does not bring anyone through the door and it does not spread awareness across the city. So most of the budget goes to reach and interactions, and the followers come alongside.
Customers started coming in and the site turned profitable. When the owner asked people inside at random where they had heard about it, a large share said they had seen the ad online.
Campaign figures from March 2026 onwards
